Cod liver oil is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), vitamins A and D. Cod liver oil helps increase cognitive performance and supports the immune and cardiovascular systems. Vitamin A (retinol) is essential for the health of eyesight and the immune system, and vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones, teeth and the normal muscle function.

Omega 3 fatty acids contribute to the processes of self-regulation and homeostasis carried out at the most important levels in the body and play a key role in the development of the structure and functions of the brain and heart.
Vitamin A (retinol) is a powerful antioxidant that supports the health of the immune system and helps improve visual acuity, as well as the formation and strengthening of the bone system.
Vitamin D contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body, and its role is to develop and maintain the health of the skeletal and muscular systems.

It is recommended 2 capsules per day. Preferably consume during the meal. It is recommended only for people from 16 years of age. Do not exceed the daily recommended allowance. Keep away from light and store in a cool and dry place. The normal diet cannot be replaced by using this dietary supplement. Use, preferably, by the end of period mentioned on the package. Keep the dietary supplement out of the reach of small children.
