Relaxer, with BIO Valerian extract, Life Care® is a food supplement made from the plant Valeriana officinalis, one of the most popular herbs used both for emotional disorders, relaxing, antidepressant or to induce sleep.
Benefits and efects
Stress, anxiety or depression are the cause of long nights. The valerian is used in case of insomnia and irritations of the nervous system, because it acts like a natural sedative, non-addictive.
Directions for use
1-2 capsules/day, from 18 years of age. This dietary supplement is not a medicine and does not replace the specialized treatment recommended by a doctor or the normal diet.
Ingredients
30 capsules. Ingredients / capsule: valeriane extract (Valeriana officinalis) - 215 mg. Other ingredients: gelatin stabilizer qs +/- 10% variation ingredients.
