Quercetin is a bioflavonoid, a pigment present in many vegetables, fruits and flowers. This antioxidant substance is very important for the health of the body and helps reduce free radicals and fat oxidation. Quercetin is found abundantly in capers, red onions, radishes and apples, but the vegetable with the highest amount of quercetin is red onion, more precisely the part from the roots and outer layer.
The Quercetin Plus Vitamin C, Life Care® supplement contains 500mg of quercetin extracted from red onion peel and 50mg of Vitamin C.

It is recommended 1 capsule/day before meal, only for people from 16 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Keep away from light and store in cool, dry place.
